💼 My Journey at TalkFirst – Where I Learned More Than Just a Job

There are some jobs that don’t just give you experience — they teach you how to understand people. For me, TalkFirst has been exactly that kind of journey.

From my very first days learning about student operations, I’ve had the chance to meet hundreds of learners — each with their own story, goals, and unique way of pursuing their dream of mastering English. As a Student Success Officer, my role goes far beyond handling enrollments, classes, or technical support. It’s about accompanying, listening, and connecting — so that every student feels supported, understood, and inspired.

I’ve learned how to work with precision and empathy — coordinating with teachers and the operations team to ensure every class runs smoothly. I’ve also developed professional communication skills — through every email, every message, and every orientation or event we organized for our students.

But the most valuable thing I’ve gained is the trust — from my colleagues, my students, and most importantly, myself.
